Noong 2007 nadiagnosed ako na may follicular tumor or papillary carcinoma sa lalamunan (thyroid gland) Ang thyroid gland ang korteng paruparong organ natin sa ibabaw ng lalamunan, ito ay nkakaapekto sa ating pagkilos, pagkain, pagtulog, pag iisip at iba pang function ng katawan. Ang thyroid gland din ang nagsusupply ng iodine at calcuim sa ating katawan.Nagpatingin ako dahil nahihirapan akong lumunok ng pagkain or kahit tubig, napakapayat ko at mabagal kumilos.Ang hatol ng Doctor kailangan daw akong itotal thyrodectomy or totally tanggalin ang thyroid gland ko pra agapan na maging cancerous ang case ko.Sabi nila kung hindi natin gagawin ang operasyon dadami ang bukol at maari kang mamamatay. Sa tulong na din ng Doctor ko ngpasya akong magpa opera, kapalit ay lifetime na akong kailangang uminom ng gamot, iodine, vitamin D at Calcuim. Then every 3 months kailangan i monitor ang hormones ko kung normal.Simula ng inopera ako nagkaron ako ng nerbyos, panic attack, depression, anxiety, pangingimi ng katawan, may migraine, pananakit ng likod,sumasakit ang sikmura ko, at ang pinakaworst kapag bumaba ang hormones values ko ng iodine at calcium isinusugod ako sa Hospital dahil parang senisemento ang katawan ko, manininigas ang buo kong katawan, uurong ang dila ko at hindi ako nakakahinga. Pinutol ang part ng bituka na may cancer.Dahil wala naman niresetang gamot, and hindi din inadvise na magchemotherapy, ang payo lang ng doctors nya is panatilihin lang na healthy si daddy. Iwas stress, eat healthy, exercise, etc. And then after 1 year kailangan ulitin ang colonoscopy to check if umulit ang cancer nya.
